This is a large silver piece, approx 40-41 m.m.,28.9 grams, smooth edge, unevenly struck coin. It may be from one of the early Netherlands states. Not sure it is even genuine. Anyone familiar with this coin?

This is a daalder from Deventer, Campen & Zwolle - three Dutch cities which had common mintage in the period. Very nice coin indeed. Looks genuine to me, although I cannot guarantee anything.

The Dutch name for your coin is Arendrijksdaalder, minted with title of Roman emperor Rudolf II.
Weight should be 29.03 g, so yours is just about right. Interesting coin.
