The Philly Mint must be working overtime to produce this year cents ... this example is the earliest in the year I have ever seen evidence of die fatigue ...

2012 Lincoln Shield cent ... reverse die crack at 7pm ... from the rim through the "O" and into the "N" of "ONE".

Value is exactly 1 cent ... but an interesting example and only the third 2012 LSC I have seen so far in change.

I've been through many rolls of 2012s, and a lot of them have cracks at the top of the shield - a few different dies too.
