I think this is 5 piastres from 1960, but I can't seem to match it up with either the coin from egypt or syria from that date on numista.com.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

I believe they made these coins when both Syria and Egypt were together, look for the United Arab Republic.

It may be United Arab Republic, a union of Egypt, Syria and Yemen? which lasted around eighteen months in the early 60's.

The reason I couldn't find it is because it's 5 milliemes, not 5 piastres.
