It looks like it could be a MAD to me and not an off centered strike. Is the reverse centered?

MAD that would carry a small premium with collectors 'cause of how far to the right the devices are.

Would have been a nice keeper when it was new. But looks like someone took it to the garage to damage it. I would probably keep it to trade with someone. But with the damage the value would be greatly reduced. IMOHO
