Bought this one for the Dansco 7070 album,
The back of the PCGS sticker says "GENUINE NOT GRADABLE"
Top two images are from seller,
Some kind of metal blob just to the left below date ?

I'd grade your coin AU. It's tempting to be conservative and say XF; but that coin is about uncirculated, I my opinion.

XF damaged surfaces (PCGS code #98 is for metal that has been moved or altered) This example looks to have been whizzed with a fine wire brush.
