Whats up with these 1999 Pennies. Seems to have alot of dies and stuff. Seems to be alot of them.

Thanks wert and darryl, I saw those ones but the one under the 9 was more noticable. Cant believe how many their are with this year.

1999 pennies have a lot of die spots and crack, chip. I've noticed a lot of people posting them.
