XF45 due to the wear on the obverse. The hair looks like it might be weak detail but the collar seems to be worn beyond AU. Is that a rub from 3:00 to 5:00 on the obverse? Can't quite make out what's going on there.

I will guess it would grade around AU-50 or 53.

I'm not surprised this coin didn't get a lot of grades, it's kind of a tough one.
It's nice in hand with very few hits overall. It is soft. Weak strike or late die is what I was thinking.
When I bought it I felt it was an AU coin but EF is certainly reasonable. The reeding is black and
I don't think it was in circulation very long
