Die chips were the reason for the switch to the large date that year. Above the IN is fie flow/die wear. This coin is in the LDS/VLDS die state. Machine Doubling on the nose. Die break on the head. The worst of all worlds. No variety, just a coin from a tired die.

I agree it is not a variety/error coin. Just never seen so many different things on one coin. Thought it was neat.
