Guess the monopoly of
ebay and pay pal makes it so if you want to be covered by some way you better use pay pal?
Although it could be a way to further force the honest people to use paypal so they can use it to follow the money trail,
With all the fraud and the fact the government I believe is closing in on taxing the sellers in some way. The software
ebay and paypal is using has to change in order to gear up for the changing of the taxing seller and trying to catch fraud .
Is amazing to watch changes in corporations it is like watching a rancher herd thousands and thousands of cattle. Only difference is the corps lawyers wrote the herds directional changes.
