And, lunch today was $6.88, and I went to pay with a twenty and $2 Sacagaweas. Cashier dude said "Oh, I don't need that" and gives me $13 in bills. I should have told him that I needed a ten and a five back or something like that, but treppenwitz and I was in a hurry.

I always supplement larger bills with dollar coins and half dollars to avoid getting the dreaded $1 bills. It doesn't always work though.

I spent 2 half dollars at Sheetz for sandwiches, 4 dollars and 1 half at the grocery store, 1 dollar at bowling for a drink, and 6 more dollars and 1 half at the club afterward. I know I spent more but I forgot to write them down. Memory is fading in my old age. Anyway, this is $13 total.
