I bought pizza and bread-sticks for dinner with $2 bills, but when I was pulling out 7 cents for part of the bill, the cashier saw the golden dollars. He bought the SAC$ that I had on me.
16 SAC$ sold to cashier (they will probably be spent later)

Some of my purchases were on the bus the other day (which I don't ride very often). The fare was $3.50 so I was prepared to pay with dollar and half dollar coins. The coin slot was large enough to fit a half dollar so I asked the bus driver if it accepted half dollars. He said "I don't know, try it". It fit in the slot but it came back out the bottom. For a few seconds I thought I might have actually found a machine to take half dollars. Then the bus driver said "it doesn't accept 2 dollar bills either". At least it did accept the dollar coins.

I dropped an Ike in the "save a pet" donation box the other day. It made a very satisfying THUD when it hit the bottom.
