I spent 2 golden dollars and 5 half dollars at bowling, 3 dollars at the Italian store, 3 dollars and 2 halves at Rite Aid.
When I handed the coins to the cashier at Rite Aid, he said "d___, now I am going to have to buy these and I won't have any money left". Then he said "see you next time".

11.50 total

I picked up $10 in loose halves at the bank in the gorcery store today.

The teller told me she got them fresh topday from a gas station.

I have to regularly borrow a coworker money "to buy gas" which unfortunately seems to be an excuse / code for drugs it seems and I give him halves (backed by collateral of course) and I wondered if this was the case but since there was a 2002 NIFC I know they didn't come from me.
