Photo appears to be the obverse of a circulated Columbian half dollar. Worth melt, not a lot of additional numismatic premium in that grade.

The coin is 90% silver and 10% copper. It should weigh about 12.5 grams. The coin, though a commemorative half-dollar, was minted to the same specifications as regular circulating half-dollar coins.
