The coin or token is of 1554, my interest is to know that causes or historical fact was coined. I find that based on hierarchies of titles, King Charles V presents him to his son Philip, his successor, the Duchy of Milan to match that of his future wife Maria l of England. this occurs in 1554, which is the date shown on the coin or token.
