The E in WE is normal for that year. I can't tell what's going on with LIBERTY because of the glare. The coin appears to be heavily cleaned.

Looks like it might a die chip known as a"BIE" cent Very common I believe in the fifty's and sixty's

It is a "BIE" variety, and I have found quite a few in OBW Lincoln Cent rolls, most are dated 1955 & 1956...
I'm not sure why, as I don't really collect these, but had set some aside some years back (all in B/U condition)and could post them here if anyone is interested...
