Old but interesting thread that I had missed.
I do not believe such a countermark exists - it is far too well made to date before the 1960s. I believe it is a simple modern fabrication.
The example on the pillar dollar is far fetched. If by any remote chance both are genuine you have to question whether or not you believe both coins were in circulation at the same time.
The pair of coins to me prove it is a forgery nothing more - a curio worth a few dollars over melt.
