when you look at the photo.. it looks like an S.. those mint marks seem like they are the smallest I have ever seen! sometimes the S can be so small and squished from wear, it may appear like an O
Here is a whizzed coin that the seller claims is a MS65... I never knew what a whizzed coin looked like till I sent one for certification and received it back in a body bag as being "whizzed", and my coin's feilds looked exactly as this coin does (this was where a bad purchase turned into a positive education on altered surfaces)...
