So, today I went to about 12 banks, was able to score two boxes of cents at one, and various other things! here goes!!

So other than the obvious 1909 S VBD, what are some of your favorite keepers that I should definitely be keeping that open eye for? Any pointers?

I will keep you all posted for sure!

Too many to list Joeturbo. You'll need to do some research but within the LWC's the ten's and teens's with an S mint mark are pretty valuable. There are some key/semi-key early 30's coins. Outside of LWC's, The beginner error coin that most look for is the 1998, 1999, and 2000 WAM ( Wide AM). Basically you would be looking for 'space' between the 'A' and 'M' in 'America' on the reverse of the coin. Also, look for chips, clips, off-center...stuff that just doesn't look right. Often times those can be some of the best finds and anyone can find them!

Most importantly...have fun!

If you plan on looking for errors and varieties I recommend you get a loupe of at least 10x. I use a 14x. And most important is to have fun with your treasure hunt.
