Does this look like it could be a double die on the 5th column?. Any help please.

Suprised you havn't gotten a response yet but it looks flat like Machine Doubling.

Doesn't really look like Machine Doubling to me... There are a number of funny column doubles out there, but I'm not sure that's what this is. It could be zinc bubbling, or it could be some sort of die damage. I would like to hear some other opinions.

That column already has a extra column on it. It is part of the design. But on your coin is may have been polished and removed a small area in the center of the column?
