Ok, I was searching ebay for a 1966 20c wavy, and found this. I remember reading about someone being offered $4,500 for an UNC one. This seems to be aUnc-Unc, going for $2,500.

Also I'm not to sure but it does look a little cleaned to me on the left side of the obverse? So be careful :)

One described as aUNC went for $1800 from memory at a downies auction a few months ago. The people who had the forsight to save them when they were released would be laughing all the way to the bank!

BU is just a higher grade of UNC. Are you asking for the general mintage of circulation 1966 20c or for the proof mintage? The link posted by aarong is to a wavy 1966 variety which has an unknown mintage but is very scarce.
