This falus is bronze and is supposely minted from AH1240-76
Craig's numbers 122 - I read the date as: 1212 (?) but Maybe I am reading it wrong.

Yes, it does look like 1212 (AD 1797). But I am puzzled with not solid lines on the reverse. This type would be OK for AH 1212 if there is a mint mark somewhere (but then Krause says 1212 is rare).

I tried to find some paper work, but nothing. It was in my father's collection, he was always acquiring coins, he has passed so I am trying to determine what he had acquired. I do not wish to list something incorrectly. The Krause Catalogue I am using is 1985. I appreciate anyone looking into this coin.

What's the size of it, is it a falus? A half? Double?

About 20 mm, Krause shows it as a One Falus.
