The date is 1187 (= 1773), ascension of Abdul Hamid I, and I can see the mint, Constantinople.
Regnal year 3 (?).

Looks like it's 1 zolota, a large billon coin, KM# 391 (weight 13.1 - 14.6 grams).

It's a Turkish Ottoman 1187AH (1774) Islambol (Constantinople, today's Istanbul) mint 1 Zolta (30 para) coin, the regnal year can be anything between 1-8 (I could not find it in the picture). They should be around 13-14 gr. in weight, and 34-35mm in diameter. After regnal year 8, the design has changed very slightly. It's KM#391 I believe.
