What is this coin? I pulled it out of the cash register in place of a quarter. I am sure I got taken, but whatever.

The coin is a 100 Won from South Korea.

You didn't lose 16 cents. It might be worth 6 cents when converting 100 won into US dollars but according to Krause in VF condition it is worth 25 cents. I think it was a fair trade.
