Great find! Too bad about the PMD on the obverse. Still a really nice find!

I will agree with AU50 but with gouge that big I am totally guessing. I am interested to see what the pros here on the forum have to say.

Thanks for the replies everyone! So this coin's major problem is the gouge in the jawline, is that basically the reason a grade of AU-50 would be assigned or are there other glaring issues that I'm missing? I'm trying to put a two sets together from circulation for my little boys and I need to get better at grading so I can put only choice coins in my Dansco albums. All the information is great.

The gouge on the cheek and a look of light rub on the high spots would hold this one back from an MS designation I think. Still a beautiful coin and a great roll find.
