Now that's what I call full steps partner, unfortunately the coin itself is lightly circulated to probably AU53 grade.
Note the wear on the cheekbone, collar/shoulder and high points of hair. There are also numerous contact marks and obvious hits on the rims. Most all recent mid 1990's to present Jefferson nickels have very well defined steps anyway but since this is circulated there would be little collector value at all unless this is the best example of a 1995 P that you have found so far. Grade first, step counts second is the general rule I go by.

TheNickelGuy thank you for your reply:)

I actually picked this up at coin shop.

I have been looking through rolls and not having much luck lately. The late date Jeffersons are all beat up. So I decided to go to the shop and check out their stock. All the late dates were under a buck. I will be posting a few others soon.

Before purchasing I saw the marks on the obverse but made rookie mistake and did not look closely at the rims. As soon as I looked at my pics I saw my error.

I do not mind though because the purpose of my acquisitions was to learn from some low end buys:)
