I was at the Regina Coin Show this weekend. Only one person had any of the Type 1 loonies. These were being sold for $5.00 each and they quickly sold out. No one had any toonies. My friend is a cashier and she says that she finds a lot of new style toonie and loonie in cash; however, she never finds 2012 old style toonie and loonie until now. |

asyn has been selling a couple of the toonies on ebay the last couple of nights. Seem to be going for around $7.50 each. Edited by kuh_85

Bought two rolls of the older 2012 twoonies at the Brampton Coin show. No 2012 old style loons to be found. Good thing I bought a mint box back in early March. I'll keep that puppy sealed up for a few years....

Yes, they are. I suppose I can call them About Uncirculated?   The order is reversed (top and bottom) and sorry for the fuzziness. Southern Ontario finds. |

I can find neither toonie nor loonie in circulation in Vancouver, but my friend found a loonie roll in Alberta for sale at $40 last month.
