I imagine that the only way to get uncirculated "S" mint roll of coins it to break open sufficient mint sets. Correct?

Can you get rolls of them from the mint as a special order or something?

It sure would be nice.

I have some old rolls my dad bought at flea markets. Nothing new like proofs though

What year are you talking about? Business strike S mint coins have not been issued since 1974 or earlier depending on denomination(with the exception of 1979-1981 SBAs).
