Hi,
I would like to assemble a set of all circulating loonies. Do you think I should go with raw coins or if ICCS MS-65 is a better choice. I know it's more expensive with certified coins, but is it worth the price?

I would go raw. Your dealer should have some.

Start with raw. They're cheap. You can always upgrade later if you decide it's important enough to you to justify the cost. But it's hard to get your money back going the other way.

I would go with ungraded coins myself.
