Are these CAM's? I'm a little confused as to if these are or not because all my 1998, 1999 and 2000 look like this.

They are, but for 98, 99 and 00 you are looking for Wide AM, not close. Close AM hunting is reserved for 1992-D's. Good luck and happy hunting!
