Ive had this 1936 dollar for awhile now but never noticed the rotation error, does this add value? And could you maybe tell me the grade?

wert, where you have drawn the straight line through the King, while is bilaterally symmetrical to the crown, is not the north-south axis for that obverse effigy.

There is debate amongst the numismatic community exactly what orientation is the George V effigy supposed to be. Folks usually "level" the reverse and flip the coin over. Some of us think that if you line up the beginning and the end of the obverse legend, to a level line - then the coin is oriented in a 'true north' position. In the photo below, it would be a level, tangent line from the G in GEORGES and colon at the other end of the legend. Even this photo, which is from a coin in a TPG holder, is not quite level.

IMO, it isn't diving but going down some rapids .
---It looks to have some rotation probably not enough to give it a premium. From what I understand 30 degrees plus would.
---Your right, the King's position looks directly across at his people not up, that would not project a strong King and is always portrayed that way, in all publications! and make sense to me.
---Nice coin and as for grade, I would say IMO a nice AU50 - AU55.
