Story lacks detail and is a little vague, but I think what happened is a customer was trying to sell coins to a flea market dealer, when somebody came up and interrupted. Not smart in this case!

I read that story to say, this man was peddling his coins in FRONT of someone else's booth. The booth owner told him to move and the man pulled out a gun. They got some stiff competition at that flea market.

The man with GUN thinks he can sell his coins where ever he wants to!

Cajunlady0, that makes more sense. If I ran a booth and somebody was selling in front of me (especially something I had for sale) I would ask the person to leave. And since it is Central Kentucky, guns are everywhere! And I have been to that flea market; nobody is at the door checking for firearms.

I would rather be a live trader than a dead anything else!

The guy with the gun is baaaaaaad for business.
Let others WITH guns solve the problem for themselves.

Conducting business where someone else is paying money to conduct business is the fastest way I know to get thrown out of a shop/show.

If he tried that at the Washington CH, Ahia flea market, he'd have died of lead poisoning.

The feds raided them one time and filled half a semi with illegal guns, and that was just the illegal ones.

Don't think so and way to much of the story left out. Same coins? Similar coins? Another dealer or seller? And lots more to many stories that make is all just a bunch of maybes.

I haven't been to that flea market for a few years now, but when I was going there were two coin dealers. One had very little of interest and the other had some decent coins but way overpriced. Don't know if either of them are still there. Might take a ride up there Sunday to see.

It reminds me of an older gentleman I saw coming into the bank a few years ago. The line was about 10 people long and this man walked right past all of us and went directly to the teller. When the next person in line asked him what he was doing, the man said "I'm old, I don't have much time to spend waiting on lines." How could you be mad.

Pulling out a gun, is a different story.

Careful suggesting that, most of the other table holders there were probably packing and would have been happy to solve the problem.
