It took just 6 days to get this coin from Germany (sent by Fedex) I think that's a record for an overseas purchase.  I'm happy with the coin--I felt it's a good compromise between details and price. I paid $120. I'll need to do some research on this one.  19mm, 4.89 gr IΣTPIH on reverse 450-300 BC--a pretty wide date spread.  |

Nice score DV! I've seen these coins go for as high as 200-400 bucks. I love the reverse on these coins.

Very nice coin indeed! I would be nervous about buying a coin like that. I bet there are a lot of fakes on the market.
I was thinking about purchasing some coins from Gitbud & Naumann until I noticed how high the postage rates are. Probably acceptable for high end coins and many purchases but not for single low grade coins.

Combining shipping on my orders helps somewhat. Thanks for all your comments! |
