I don't think you are trying to scam anyone, but the community has rules for the protection of all. I'm surprised the mods haven't said anything yet. Hope you find what you are looking for. But yeah, the 250 rule is to prevent spammers from joining up just to sell their coins and probably rip people off. Like echizento, I'm sure you weren't out to con someone.
