Very interesting looking coin, but I have no clue. I'll keep looking however. My guess would be Greek but that is pure conjecture.

I think that is a two handed vase and not a bullhead.. lots of fakes of this.. Thrace, Kings of, Kotys I. 382-359 BC.

It's a silver coin of Kotys, Thrace. It does resemble a stylized bull's head, but its called a two-handled vessel, probably a kantharos.

It is very good looking-for that reason I'm very suspicious.Not very difficult design to copy.On the other hand its really old looking.Imperfections of planchet make it believable.
