probably Constantius II but mintmark is off flan

This photo is as clear as the others but the coin is missing important legends that would make ID easier.

The coin might even be due for a soak in distilled water to remove some more of the dirt.

As doug has said this is probably Constantius II but it could also be Constantines other son Constans.

All that is left of the mintmark is 'DotS' so all that can be said about it is it was minted in Heraclea, Nicomedia or Cyzicus (all around the Sea of Marmara near the Black Sea in modern day Turkey) in the late 340sAD.
