I can get one of $166. Is that a good price for these 5oz coins? Will these have more value than bullion? Thanks

Depends on if its a P or bullion version and the grade which coin it is ect. Its hard to tell how this coins will act in the future but at the moment with the price of Silver thats a small premium to pay above melt for it.

$166 is a good price, it would be about $10 dollars over spot.

I can't remember the terms of the dealers contracts. I thought it was 10% over but you may be right, $10 over. That is the maximum dealer can charge

I love the 5 oz. ATB coins and the bullion version is a very good deal at that small of a premium to spot. However, if there is going to be a numismatic premium in the future I think it is more likely to be on the collector coins the mint produced.

For now they are, but there are exceptions to every rule. Just ask anyone who collects gold and silver Pandas if their coins are only "bullion?"
