There's not a huge price jump between vfXXXV and xfXL

Solid EF-40 in my opinion, with a shot at EF-45. There appears to be a trace of luster near the rims and there are no obvious indications of cleaning or other problems. I think there are two varieties for mintmark position and this is the scarcer one, with the O farther away from the arrow feathers. Nice, better-date coin and hard to find in this condition.

The luster may give it a bump up to EF-45.

Thanks for all the opinions, I just picked it up today and it's a nice coin. I may send it in to be slabbed with a few others I need done.

My first thought was 45. I'd say ANACS 45, PC 40. I'd buy VF's all day long looking like that!
