Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6389 Posts	Posted 04/30/2012 5:27 pm Solid EF-40 in my opinion, with a shot at EF-45. There appears to be a trace of luster near the rims and there are no obvious indications of cleaning or other problems. I think there are two varieties for mintmark position and this is the scarcer one, with the O farther away from the arrow feathers. Nice, better-date coin and hard to find in this condition.
