The lighting and angling was deliberate, although my photography skills and equipment are pretty poor. The mark near the center on the reverse is on the holder not the coin. Don't forget, give the complete designation.

You have a good eye, Richard. Yep, there's doubling on the motto. This was one sweet pick-up. A dealer found this one for me at a show in Hawaii.

Looks Like Proof Breen 2405 It could be a regular strike but the lines are a little to clean the OBV is the 1870 which again makes me lean to Proof

If that's a Business Strike, I want your dealer's phone number.

I'm guessing PR64-65 based on what seems to be grainy fields; that may be a photographic artifact. Educate me, please.

This coin is remarkable due to the fact that so many Proof 2¢ have carbon spots, poor toning, and relatively no mirrors. This one has medium mirrors and superb surfaces. I'm not sure why this only got a 65 but I should probably spend some more time in different light sources seeing if I can find the hairlines.
