Prethen Pillar of the Community United States 3234 Posts	Posted 02/09/2007 8:40 pm NGC PF65RB This coin is remarkable due to the fact that so many Proof 2¢ have carbon spots, poor toning, and relatively no mirrors. This one has medium mirrors and superb surfaces. I'm not sure why this only got a 65 but I should probably spend some more time in different light sources seeing if I can find the hairlines.
