This one is going to be a hot seller I think being the first ever high relief Kookaburra already selling out almost at the mint in 10 hours. There are still about 450 left as of now after I took my share of them of course.

Since it was my first order with the Perth Mint, my shipping was FREE!

Has it "sold out" yet? 10K mintage, I wonder what it will be like in the "aftermarket" world?

i got my order in before they added the restriction to canada if you call them or write an email to them and tell them paradise does not ship to canada they should take your order if it is not sold out. As for coins in stock just put in the mintage amount for the number to add to cart and it will come up and tell you how many are available.

What's the issue price from Perthmint?
I am planning to put in a order (they still have 1000+ remain).... if those in Canada can't get their order through. I help.... if you are willing to pay for the shipping from California to Canada. I'm planning to put in the order w/in the next 24hrs though.

Curious as to whether or not my order will follow through from the Perth Mint. I ordered it Monday night (CST) and it went through (then). Now trying to place another order through Perth

"This product is not available in your region".

Paradisemint has 1414 remaining, as of this message.

The going rate for Perth Mint is AUS $ 100.00 / US$ 103.18

Interesting.... I can't find the coin anywhere on the Perth Mint site.
Why don't you just order from Paradise Mint?
The price is about the same + free shipping + no currency exchange fee.

Here ya go;

http://www.perthmint.com.au/catalog...ef-coin.aspx

I would think that paradise mint (1211 in stock as of this message) could cherrypick the best ones and pass along the rest.

Thank you. It's interesting that I can't get the Perth Mint to display the coin, other than go through your link.... must be my Firefox browser.

I would think the same thing (since they sell slab coins too), but at 1000+, you think they will go through all of them? Beside, unless there are major flaws (which is considered damage/defective - we should be able to get a replacement/exchange, if not returnable), we can't really tell between MS69 and MS70 anyways. That's just my thought.
