I found a 63-D Franklin in my car inside an envelope with no address. Is there someone here who was expecting this coin from me?

Tex, buddy, don't you remember? I lent you parking meter change 20 yrs ago when we went to the Cowboys game and you said you would send it to me. I thought you had forgotten. That is ok. However, do not forget the interest. Jim
