This one is strange.
It looks like part of the rim,over stamped by the "7" of the date.
1967-Double-Struck?
There is another "7" below the "6", doesn't show well in this photo.

It looks to be a light impression from a fake die. It's not a genuine double strike.
Error coin writer and researcher.

you certainly cant expect us newbies to know the difference between all counterfeits and real DDs but I guess its fun to mock the newbies every once in awhile.

Not mocking just illustrating a point.I've had this since my early days,it was marked "double struck".I've learned the difference on this forum.

I would have tried finding it in the book before buying it so I don't feel that bad about it. I was happy for you because I thought you found something cool and had no reason to question your judgment, you know your coins.
