This coin was struck over another coin and I cant figure out what it was. any ideas? I can see a circular shape on the reverse but cant make out much more. This was what the seller attributed it as when I bought it.

Thanks echizento for the sear#. I cant really make anything out on this coin either but I like how thick and sturdy these smaller byzantine coins are, for a 20mm coin its almost twice as thick as most romans this diameter.
