Yes. That is a tough note. I have been trying to get one for 20+ years and have only seen about a half dozen. All priced too rich for me.

I seem to remember a few years ago (and I'm reasonably sure it was on this forum) someone said that a Chinese Goverment agency made reproduction notes to sell in sets as 'examples' of older Chinese notes.
I wonder if it could be one of those?

Isn't the note pictured about one color short? Exactly what I would do if making an educational copy not likely to pass as genuine.
