Have about 10 to eventually ask about. Any extra information greatly appreciated. There will be duplicates along the way, which I would like to be able to clearly identify before selling.

Which Edward is this ? What denomination ?
20mm., weight is 1.10 gms. but would be 1.20/1.25 with the missing piece. London mint.

This looks like my 1272-1308 silver 1 pence from Edward I (Longshanks). But I'm no expert.

Well, I decided to spend some time on this and here's what I came up with.

First of all, some crucial pieces of evidence are missing, like lettering at the top (by the fault of the photograph), and chunk of legend which would help with the attribution of a variety (by the fault of the missing piece).

I did semi-elimination of classes, semi-matching of what I had. I believe this is a penny, class 10, 1302 - 1310, Edward I (mostly).

Key evidence: bifoliate crown, spelling of visible legend, style of "N" (non-Lombardic, no double-bar), style of "S", "H", "L", short neck.

Thanks for the info. Here's the top of the coin.

I just noticed that the downward part of the N's in LONDON are in different directions.
