.....for a 1990 Holey Dollar & Dump. The Krause book value ($42.50 US) seems a little over-inflated to me.

That's probably about right. There's only one ebay been on ebay that was sold recently and that got AU$49 (US$38).

According to the McDonald's Guide book, the retail price was AUS$45.00, but the current value is AUS$70.00, however, it would probably go for less on ebay Australia.
