It looks like ICG has already revamped their website to comply with the new requirements from ebay

Down towards the bottom of the page.

Having the S/N look-up is just one of the ebay's many requirements along with recognized, experienced ANA graders, so many slabs certified, etc...

Does this change any one's opinion on their "skills" as a TPG?

I personally do not have any of their slabs (just ANACS, NGC and PCGS).

I dont think it necessarily changes their skill level per say, as they do seem to be the go to grader for the easy perfect 70 for the home shopping network coins, but I do think that any TPG that wants to be considered one of the best should have that feature to check a coin on their website
