SCG - I do not have the catalogues with me to check. Showed up in the PCGS census since January, so it was either raw, upgraded, or cross graded from another (ICCS?) holder.
PCGS has graded eight total in specimen. In 2015, PCGS had only graded two 1909-C specimens, so six more have been graded by PCGS since them.
