Hey there, AgCoinAu.

Thanks for the compliment. Al owner of Provincial Stamp and Coin was there at the bourse, because he recently purchased a coin collection. He had some nice 5 cent vickies for sale. Al surprised me by tapping on my shoulder while I was looking through another seller's binder, and said, "Hey there". I was actually surprised to see him there.

The only reason I knew Al was the former owner, was he mentioned it to me in conversation a few years ago when I first visited the shop. I mentioned to him that I visited Gatewest coins before arriving at his store. Al mentioned to me, he was the former owner of Gatewest.

Anyway I will PM you next week. Me and the future missus have some running around to do this week and weekend.

Cheers till then.

I went to my local coin club and managed to pick this up tonight....

Curious can anyone verify if the "G.M." could refer to George Manz... is this the way he writes his 2x2's

Would it be worth starting a new collector as this one is 89 pages. Maybe start a new one as of July 2015? Just a suggestion

Why.. I think it's great to go back in the thread and look at what other people pick up...

Besides that it's really easy to get to the last page of the thread... for the most current conversations...

I like how Canadian coins are hated in the US. These were a little under melt.

Trout, I really like the look of that one. Check to see if it's an SWL, if it's an older ICCS holder it won't be attributed, could triple the value if it is.

Here is the 1951 dollar "in hand".
Very hard to get a decent image through 2 sheets of plastic.
