Have anyone bought this new edition? Any feedback? I've got an older version (2004 I think), and I am not sure what's the update for this 2011 edition? I've found this on Amazon and Walmart.comISBN-13: 9780794832391 ISBN-10: 0794832393 Walmart is at $24.95 + tax (free pick up at the store), which is cheaper than Amazon. Thank you. I notice that some of the varieties has lost interest in the collecting world, prices also changed with some thought to be rare, modern issues have many N/A prices as there isn't enough auction data available to give a average price.

Speaking of dimes, what is the deal with the proof reverses on some of the dimes. I believe that the 1975 was a mistake and in error but is it worth even looking for? This proof reverse is listed in the book "Strike It Rich" and the torch has different lines in it running at a 45 degree angle unlike the business strikes. Would someone please shed some light onto this for me please?

I wish CPG would run a short supplement, with newer MINOR varieties...lots of cool errors left out(State Quarters, Eisenhower dollars, strong(and worthy) RPM's on Jefferson nickels..on and on it goes.....where does one draw the line what's it, what's out? Pressure from BIG Money makes the call, I'm sure, ie, PCGS, NGC....what's de-listed, behind the scenes, and, coins slabbed as such now "worthless", is another issue(72-PF Silver DDO / DDR Eisenhower $1, for example)...potential lawsuits keeps things in a bit of a quandry...it's just 1 set of books..advanced collector's quickly learn to use as many error books as possible, to cover all major & minor finds.

A few minor varieties in the 5th ed. is mentioned and will be de-listed in the next volume, the mentioned ones values has been removed also, it is either de-bunked, lack of interests in value wise? Or data incomprehension to assign any value.
The newer varieties also has no price values, even though serious error collectors believe it would be worth whatever they believe to be, only the major ones will truly be of interest to regular collectors, because of lack of reports in publication.
I haven't seen an album that have a hole for a 1928 S Large S, or holes for RPM, if they do make them, perhaps popularity will change prices for those coins.

This is interesting I thought errors and die varieties would gain interest not lose it. Now I'm hesitating on selling them for gold and silver coins? This isn't good for I only collected errors and die varieties.
