Please comment on the existence or not of a D over S or D over D etc.

The weight of this coin is 5.94 grams.

Finally, please provide the grade and what this coin should fetch selling it on ebay etc.

The only Wash. quarter that I know of with the mint mark overs
is the 1950 D/S and S/D.
Judging by the pics. yours look like a normal worn coin and a little
PMD hit on the M.M.
